Question about 2004 Dodge Stratus
Took it to check wiper motor and fuses, they said they were fine. Im out of options and idk what else to do. I dont want to take it back to dealer ship cause I've spent more then I can offord. Is the ground wire circut bipassing all the electrical and something else might not work?
Well things to try is to go out and buy a test light 12 volt [ with a light in the tube and a wire and clip coming out the top]and connect clip to any metal earth and turn on the ign switch on [not start]and put point to wires going into wire block on wipers/indecators etc and if the light lights up then the wire has feed so try on to earth and clip on to NEG on battery and if no light then you have bad earth wire to that item now if that item like wipers work then fit a wire from any earth to that item etc and so on.
Let me know how you get on.

Try a local repair shop
Find one that has been in the same place for 20 years
with the same owner & has ASE Technicians

If your car is under 36000 miles take it to your dealer and have it fixed under your warrenty. All of your interior electrical systems are controled by computors and sometime not a simple repair ! The dealer has the tools to monitor different switch states to aid in isolating the problem. Just guessing if its a switch or a computor or a wiring issue can get very costly.
