The heater core may be plugged with rusty mud. The blend door may not be moving to heat position. You can tell if the heater core is plugged by putting your hand on both heater hoses near the firewall after the engine is up to temperature and the heater controls are on and temperature is at 80 degrees. Both hoses should feel the same temperature. If one is way cooler than the other, your heater core is either plugged or the control valve is not letting water into the heater.

You will have to change the heater core. 9 out of 10 times, when the heater is not heating the air, it is a bad heater core.

Heater or mode door actuator bad , possibly ! You can look on youtube for videos showing how to change . It can be easy or very hard to replace . You could have it checked for DTC's diagnostic trouble codes stored in the heater control head . dealer only !

1997 E350 Eldorado bus passenger heater blowing cold air

There is a separate heater core, like a small radiator, which needs hot water running through it, so when the air blows over it, the air gets hot. It sounds like the diverter valve which sends the hot water to this heater core is not working. It could be a problem with the valve itself, or the relay or switch that controls it, or the vacuum line or device that opens the valve when the switch or relay tells it to open.

1999 Cadillac eldorado overheating. Changed thermostat, still overheating now with white smoke coming from exhaust. Checked water pump belt, it is there and turning. Cold air blowing from heater, no heat.

coolant leaking into engine probably blown head gaskets. More damage will occur the more you drive it. Unfortunate and expensive repair on a northstar.

I am not getting any type of heat in my 92 Eldorado. What could be the problem? There is air comin through the vents, but its cold.

If the heater control valve is not opening, no hot coolant will circulate through the heater. It may be controlled by vacuum or cable from heat/air control. This valve is a gate type like gas or water valve in your home, usually located on engine firewall. Turn it manually to see if the air gets warm in vents. IT will have 2 hoses hooked to it, an in and out from engine block or head or even intake manifold.
