This is definitely the Blower Motor Resistor located near the Blower Motor. It is defined with 3-4 wires going into it. It is easy to remove and replace. Purchase the part at the auto parts store versus at the dealer to save you a lot of money.

Your gonna need a scanner with a special tool to have the calipers free up the disc so you can drive the vehicle.BASICALLY HAVE THE VEHICLE TOWED TO A REPAIR SHOP AND LET THEM DO IT AND TEST THE CIRCUIT AS TO WHY THIS HAPPEN.
