You should be able to see four chrome bolt heads.
Behind these are the nuts you need to remove while keeping the bolt head where it is as it has a square shape behind to stop it from turning.

run both screws all the way in and twist back out 2 turns on both. then work with how the car smells. you can tell to rich or not

Hi,Do the front brake discs on a fiesta separate from their hubs please. Hoping to use them or some thing similar to fit disc brakes to my 1966 Ford Anglia estate.I know I'll have to machine the original...


That sounds like hard work? Back along I fitted classic struts to mine. how about modifying escort struts and arms, otherwise triumph spitfire bits are available and they make ford hubs for the kit car market, the spit caliper brackets are sperate to the uprights so might be less to machine. I think the MK1 escort uses the same wheel bearings as an Anglia so the hubs and disks will go straight on.
