Question about Cars & Trucks
You don't say what vehicle you have so I'll just give the usual answers. Drive shafts worn. Prop shaft joint worn. Suspension bushes. Engine mounts. Subframe mounts. Get all this checked by a tech or good DIY mechanic. Get a knowledgeable person to drive it, they may get a feel of what's wrong. If its an auto, check the trans oil level is correct. Vibration can come from trans if low on oil.

Balance tires, check wheel bearings, if that does not work its probably idle arms or tie rod bushings that need replaced...good luck

SOURCE: front end vibration
It sounds as though your car has two seperate problems. The first problem with the vibration that goes away when you let off the gas pedal is caused by a bad INNER CV joint. It only vibrates when you are accelerating because that is when the joint is under stress. Your vehicle has two axles, each with an inner and an outer joint. My suggestion is to have a competent shop determine which is the bad side and replace the entire axle. The second vibration which occurs at any speed is most likely cause by either a bad tire, or a bent rim.

How many miles on your Durango? This could be a failing U joint on either driveshaft. Could also be a ties out of balance or going bad.
Since the vibration goes away when coasting, I am voting for a driveline issue.
