dealer only or general mechanic to change these parts not really a do it yourself job .do you have a two ton jack ??? or the metal plates in floor to move the suspension to check it ---no take it to a garage trust me it will be cheaper and quicker in the end .you leave something loose or incorrectly fitted and with this heavy lump of detroit steel you could kill a lot of people .

SOURCE: 2000 chevy s10 bad thermostat
the thermostat is located just above the fan shaft, or ontop of the water pump. at least on the 2.2? and 4.3l engines. Which i think was only available. You may have to remove the plastic Vortec cover to see it.

the a arms need to be removed, and the bushings pressed in and out , then you will need to reinstall them and the truck will need a front end alignment. You really need a qualified person to do this.

Fig. 1: Removing the wiper arm using J-8966
Fig. 2: If no wiper arm tool is available, use a small prytool to depress the spring
Fig. 3: With the spring released, pull the wiper arm from the linkage
