Not easily done but remove the CD player from the dash and open it with an ordinary Phillips screwdriver. The CDs should be right underneath the cover be careful how you remove them

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How can I eject stuck CDs from CD player 2006 toyota camry grande?

Isn't there a security code needed to reset the stereo after a battery change? The Stereo thinks it has been stolen. See your Manual and see your nearest Toyota dealer. Or use a tweezers to reach in and pull out the stuck CD. And clean the rollers with alcohol.

I have a 2001 chrysler town and country. cds got stuck in the 4 cd changer. I took the player out, removed the cds but now cds wont go in all the way and the display reads err. radio works fine, tape...

Sounds like the ejector has become jammed, probably from repeatd failed attempts to eject the stuck cd's.
There isn't much you can do about it, repair on that unit will probably cost more than a better aftermarket replacement

2 possibile fixes - #1) you should have code/code car in owners manual. #2) if you don't have manual w/code, then call dealer and provide VIN# and they'll get you code.

Scan/seek button is stuck "on" and CD's wont eject

Is it stuck with a spilled soft drink or is the radio just locked in the seek / scan mode? If the button is stuck with a beverage residue, try using a q-tip dipped in water to soften the goo. The button should eventually work out. Don't over do the water as it can harm the radio if it weeps inside the cabinet.

How do i get my lexus is300 cds out?

the only way to get them out is to remove the unit from the car and disassemble it. if you replace the unit it will go to an exchange company and if you request it they will send your cd's back.

Toyota Matrix 2005 CD stuck

More than likely, you have 2 cds stuck in one slot. What you have to do is remove the radio form the dash, and then remove the top metal panel on the radio. Plug the radio back in, and press eject. You may have to "help" one or two of the cds out of the player.
