Which is the best way to fix it from the bottom or the top

You would have to define 'it' for anyone to give you a definitive answer to that. I fix bird feeders and wind chimes by the top. I fix bench grinders from the bottom. I fix wall thermometers top and bottom. In a car, I can't think of anything where you have a choice?

My fan won't turn on in order to get air flow for heat/defrost, do I need to replace Blower Motor or Resistor. I checked the fuse and it's fine

Did you check to see if the motor is receiving power? If not, why not?

If motor windings are definitely receiving power it could be that the motor bearings are stiff and need lubrication and cleaning. If they check out could be that motor windings are open and unit needs to be replaced.

if its at front end of wheel wind it out if behind wheel wind it in but get it checked at a service centre as cannot make a definite adjustment just by eye but will get it near enough to drive to get it checked before driving day to day

Can excessive wind noise be fixed on driver and passenger side front windows

There is a new service bulletin for a thicker run channel for the drivers side. I got mine fixed yesterday. Its better though not 100%. Definitely bring to dealer and have them do it. Techline at Kia knows about it.

I have a 93 holden appollo i changed water pump and timiing belt and all it does is wines doesnt kick over

Sounds you definitely have a starter problem. First, disconnect the battery and check the starter leads for tightness. Could be as simple as a loose connection to the solonoid and ground leads. If it still fails, you will have to replace it. Oh, and if you can't find a replacement part, you can always take it to an automotive electrician to rebuild the unit. Good luck.

Heat/ac fan only blows on high

Check the heater control switch,,,,,and the number of wires at the heater motor....Some motors have more than one which case there will be three or more wires going into motor..there can be burnout in those windings and will require a new motor....check the plug which attaches to the motor....can be bad connection...or at the switch.....but if there is only two wires....then the heater switch uses resistors to slow down the different speeds...and direct connection for high speed....and the problem is definitely the switch...

Seat belt Driver's side

I would definitely recommend to replace the seat belt assembly... The only way to know for sure that the seat belt will work properly in the event of a crash is to replace it... Even if you do repair it so it winds back there is no guarantee the repair will hold when you really need it to...

Tdi has n't any pickup when accelerating 2003 jetta

Sounds like a clogged intake to me. TDI's like to be driven hard - if you don't wind out your gears on a regular basis the intake can get clogged - causing serious loss of power. You may also have a bad MAF (air flow sensor) but I'd put my money on a clogged intake.
If you drive a TDI you should definitely go to

This is definitely a power steering problem. I had this same problem about a year ago. I had to get my Power Steering Rack replaced, this fixed the noise and problem. You can add power steering fluid as a temporary fix, but your problem will not permanently go away. You are probably leaking fluid out of your steering rack.

The sound that you are hearing probably happens more often when you are acclerating around a turn, right?? Does it sound like a little foreign car in reverse?? Also, the wheel may be a little stiff when first starting out.
