Question about 1990 Ford Festiva
Use a timing light, fit one end to plug number 1 and the other to the gun lead, remove vac pipe if fitted and it should be firing around 8 degres BTDC, if not loosen dizzy and move just slightly either way. get it set and tighten the 11mm bolt.

The headlight is easy to remove once you know the trick. That is that you first have to remove the grill in the middle. Look in the back and you will see how the grill is attached and you can remove that first. Then you will have easy access to the 4 screws around the outside of the headlight frame. Remove those screws and turn the bulb ring 1/4 turn counter-clockwise and pull to remove bulb unit. Now you can remove the lamp. To replace, reverse removal procedure. Do not touch the bulb or oils from your finger will cause to it not last long.

by the driver left leg under dashbord left
it should click, when ignition on
main relay, left fender by battery
