Check the fuse first. If fuse is good Run a positive and a neg from the battery to the horn. See if it works. If still no sound check wires from the horn looking for chafed wires grounding our on the vehicle. There are usually 2 fuse boxes. One inside and one in the engine bay. They are usually very well labeled.
