Question about 1994 Oldsmobile 88
My right turn signal will not flash but the left one does. I checked the bulbs and the side marker is burnt out. How do I access the bulb to change it?
Don't know this car specifically, but probably the socket will turn out from the back. Get under the car and look up.

Typically the fog lamp is located in the front bumper assembly. It's usually fairly easy to access and replace these.
Place the car is park, secure parking brake. Use a creeper to scoot under the front end of the car, look up into the bumper. Located the backside of the fog lamp holder. You would usually grab and twist counter clockwise about an inch, then pull straight out. Push in on the bulb while turning counter clockwise until it pulls out of the lamp holder.
These fog lamps usually have a little bit of cushioning grease in the socket. Do not remove the grease or connectivity problems will result with the new fog lamp. Push the new bulb in, turn clockwise until bulb stops turning, release hand pressure.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
