The thermostat is on the fan actuator, the fuse may be on the fuse strip or box, either under the dashboard or under the hood, close to the windshield.

Where is the heater fuse for a 1989 Club Wagon Ford

blower fan fuse should be in main fuse block and usually labeled heater. If not labeled, use test lamp with heater fan turned to on to test both sides of each fuse. Find one hot on one side only, pull and replace.

Where is the Heater fuse for a 1989 Ford Club Wagon

If you mean to ask where is the heater blower motor fuse, it should be with the other cabin fuses, main fuse box, drivers side under the dash.

The heater itself has no fuse.

There is another fuse box in the engine compartment for all of the larger component fuses, like the cabin power supply, relays etc.

Front heater works but the Rear Heater doesn't/ Motor? Fuse?

Ford is not good about marking thier fuses. Check in your owners manual; it should have a diagram to let you know what fuse is for what item. Most of the time the diagram goes by numbers.
