You can go to a dealer and buy an OEM lighter socket, or you can buy a generic one cheap off the shelf at any car parts store. The OEM one will be easier as its electrical connector will snap in to the car's wiring harness, generic one will require stripping wires and soldering in.
However you will need some guidance in removing the old one and installing the new one. Best to buy a repair manual on CD, cheap on eBay. Or look for a video on www.youtube.com of someone pulling the dashboard on your make model and year of car. Usually these are all about the same so a close year and make will do fine. Lots of how to replace the radio videos so even that would be a help if you can find a radio replacement video for your car.
