Question about 2005 Kia Sedona
Flickering headlamps and interior lights and dash board lights when idling or low speed.
Exactly whay john said. always check the least expensive first. also check tension on belt

Make sure the engine is idling at the correct speed. A dirty throttle body or sticking idle control valve can cause engine speed to drop too low and the alternator will not spin fast enough to keep up with electrical loads.

The only voltage regulator is in the alternator and is not serviceable. Try looking at your battery connections and make sure they are all clean and tight, also check your earth connections from the battery to the body & engine. Get your battery checked, other than that get the alternator checked or changed. My opinion is that it is probably a bad or dirty earth connection, check for this first.

we had the same problem there is a small line that connects itno the alternator, it kept jiggling loose. we found a way to tighten it and the problem went away

It is mounted on the tail end of the transmission. It has two wires coming out of it typically.

CHECK THE BULBS, YOU MAY NEED TO REPLACE THEM, ALTHOUGH IT WOULD BE ODD THAT BOTH LOW BEAM SIDES OF THE BULBS WOULD BE BAD, ALSO CHECK YOUR FUSE BOX AND LOOK FOR THE LOW BEAM FUSE, MY SEDONA HAS ONE, YOURS MIGHT HAVE FUSED OUT
