Look for anything that might be preventing the door from latching. Sometimes toys, stacks or other debris can be caught in the track.
Try lubricating the latch mechanism with a spray lubricant as well.

Check the latch behind the cover for damage, may have a broken spring.

I was fixing the drivers side window and I guess some how engaged the antitheft system and I no longerr have the remote how can I get past this van wont start but starter clicks

I have never seen an anti-theft system make a starter click, unless it is an aftermarket system and if it is... remove the fuses in the aftermarket wiring system under the drivers dash. (It should start) Most factory systems allow the engine to crank, yet shut off the injectors and/or the ignition / spark. Also, you may have just let the battery run down with the door open and the interior lights on.

Changed battery terminals and now dinging wont stop unless warning light fuse removed

It sounds like it thinks the key is still in it all the time. Try turning the key forward to the on position, but not running, so the dinging stops. disconnect the battery. Remove the key completely and reconnect the battery.

You might have a door not fully shut! Check all your doors to make shure they are closed properly! Or a bad sensor to one of the doors!

When driving down the highway at 60mph or faster, with the haed lights on. We roll down the drivers window, the hatch light comes on the fuel guage goes to empty causing the fuel light to come on and the...

sounds like your hatch lock is not adjusted tight enough. My guess is your computer sees the hatch open and shuts down the fuel pump. find the locking bar where the hatch lock engages the van body, loosen the screws and push it in--hold in while you tighten screws. Sorry, I would send a picture but I don't have a manual for your car. If this doesn't work, you might need to adjust the switch in the door so it stick out more and gets pushed further by the hatch when closed.
