2005 Tata Indica, Reverse gear Grinding, all other gears are soft, what is the problem? How can I resolve it? Where is the clutch adjustment?

if first gear is easy to engage ( no noise , then the problem is in the reverse gear selection not a clutch adjustment problem

reverse in a non synchro gear so any vehicle movement while selecting it will cause it to grate
other than that it is a problem in the transmission

How to fix play on tata xenon 3l dicor power steering unit

Most power steering units have two adjusters--one one the lower end for main bearing adjustment, but the one on top (just like manual steering boxes) is all you usually need to adjust. With front end jacked up and engine running adjust screw inward until drag is felt in steering wheel with wheels pointing straight ahead, then loosen just a touch until no bind is felt as steering is turned back and forth through center of steering.

Hi, i have a Tata indica 1.4 baseline 2007-model (manual gearbox). I put car in reverse and made a scratching sound. Now i can't get any other gears (1-5) besides reverse. What could be the problem? I

I do not know what your mechanic was thinking to do it that way. vehicle manufacturers do not make clutch parts so the clutch would have been made by a company that makes all the clutches to specs. Just because it was not in a TATA parts box doesn't mean that it couldn't be matched up size wise to a generic kit.
What ever has happened is because of the mechanic's modification and the way he fitted it.

How to remove and replace Tata Indica gearbox

not a bad little car i think, done one last year for a new clutch and i it was that easy that i honestly do not remember having any problems with it ,only one tip i will offer though and i do this on all motors and thats to drill a hole in the bellhousing with a hole cutter big enough to get a 10mm socket 1/4 drive through the hole to tighten the clutch bolts ,getting to old to struggle now so i make a hle that aligns up with the clutch bolts then fit bolts holding the clutch finger tight then once the box goes in nice and easy as the clutch plate can move a bit then two big bell housing bolts in and then rotate the flywheel twic tightening the bolts one by one .easy better than hurting ones back with a struggle

My tata magic doesnot shift to 2nd gear in fact

Could be gearbox failure, a sticky gear linkage, or a shot clutch

get under the car and look to see if the linkages are straight and not bent or jammed.

Most likely be that or the clutch

I lost tension on my clutch pedal on my 97

Sounds like a bad master cylinder or a throwout bearing that has gotten strange on you. (I'd know right away if I was there) Definitely don't drive it like that...you can damage the synchros in the transmission if you do. Also check the slave cylinder if it's not part of the throwout bearing...It also could have a problem.
