Running rough

Most likely it would be the fuel filter. Sometimes debris can get stuck in the filter and clog it up. Letting it sit lets debris settle hence the cold start being fine. I suggest changing the fuel filter. If that does not fix the problem change the pump also. If you are looking for a slim chance but possible cheap fix try putting some fuel injector cleaner through the system. This might fix the problem even if it is the fuel filter but be warned it is a temporary fix and the fuel injector cleaner does leave a gummy substance on the fuel filter and might make your problem worse. So if you choose this route you should change your fuel filter in the not to distant future.

Fuel pump went bad. when i fixed it, it still wont start.

Are you getting the correct voltage to the fuel pump. If you put In a new part correctly it should switch on. Check fuse, inertia switch, relay, and voltage throughout to Mae sure you didn't just get a bad part. Then I would check the fuel filter if that is not built into the pump, the injectors, and fuel rail. How many miles are on the car? And is it your daily?

P0340 already replaced CMP

When you start the car does it turn on right away or does it turn over slowly, gets faster and then finally fires up? That's a sign for low fuel pressure. If it turns over normally and always fine I would suspect that your fuel system is okay. Also low fuel pressure would be caused by a faulty fuel pump. If the car is leaking oil, you should get that fixed asap, it should be on top of your list. You can fix the sensor after you fixed your engine. Because leaking engines can kill themselves pretty fast, which would be more trouble to fix than faulty sensors.

My fuel meter doesnt work how do i fix it?

This is a common issue caused by the sensor connections to be corroded off (in the fuel tank). If you can do the repair yourself it only costs about $30.00 and an hour of your time. But you have to be comfortable getting into the fuel tank to get to the fuel pump.

If you take it in for repair it will probably cost about $600.0 to have a new fuel pump put in.

Not getting fuel to engine. replaced fuel pump and filter, ran for week not not getting fuel again.pump is ok.

Mate,I hope this can help you. There is a fuel filter down on the chassis rail near the fuel tank.It is very often overlooked if you don't know it's there.Also.Check for any inlet manifold leaks. If you have replaced a bad filter and things came good,it may have seemed liked it fixed a hidden problem.
Or.Check the new filter. You may have got a bad dose of gunk or water in the fuel.
To fix water in the tank.Add 1 litre of metholated spirits to 20 litres of fuel.
Hope this may help you with your problem

It could be that you have picked up a batch of dirty fuel that has clogged the gauze input filter that is part ot the fuel pump inside the fuel tank.

2007 Honda Civic fuel door will not open, my son needs to get gas and the fuel door will not open, what is he to do?

You can get to the latch through the trunk. In the trunk, pull theliner away from the area adjacent to the fuel door. You'll see a blackcable that goes to the fuel door latch behind a metal frame. Reach inand turn the latch mount 90 degrees to release it from the fuel doorframe. Your fuel door will now be open.

For a fix, look at this low cost solution: http://www.instructables.com/id/Fix-Broken-Fuel-Door-Cable-on-Honda-Civic-82170/

I tried it over the weekend. It works great.

Fuel line

I would recommend taking it to a shop. They are not that hard to replace. But remember you are messing with fuel and hot parts that you want to make sure the lines are properly connected
