2006 325i no spark turns over but will not fire


Possible bad coil pack, but check that you have power to the coil packs with a test light when ignition is on.

Did you use a code reader? The camshaft sensor when bad will also not allow the car to start.

Bmw misfire


It's either spark plugs/wires, coil pack, bad gas (need high octane) or a timing issue. Check each starting with plugs/wires, then coil pack then check timing (especially if you've had it "tuned")

I have a 2006 325I with a P0301 error code in addition to P1553 what is the most likely reason


p0301 is a misfire problem, stands for misfire cylinder 1.
it may caused by Faulty spark plug 1; Faulty ignition coil 1; Ignition coil 1 harness is open or shorted; Ignition coil 1 poor electrical connection; Clogged or faulty fuel injector 1; Injector 1 harness is open or shorted; Injector 1 poor electrical connection; Improper spark plug 1; Insufficient cylinder 1 compression; Incorrect fuel pressure; Intake air leak

you should replace the belt every 50,000 miles or every 5 years which ever is sooner
