Its the radio head. It will eventually fail. Try spraying electrical contact cleaner with the straw applicator in it. Douse it good, [with the power off!)
dont power it up until an hour later..
if no fix, time for a new one.

That much time running sounds like the catalytic converter is plugging off and stalling the engine.

I have just had a new regulator fitted on my volvo s60 but it still say low battery voltage do I have to have the code reset?

You shouldn't need to reset a code for "battery voltage low". I would start looking for something staying on.

I had a problem with a gauge plugged into the ODB-II port. It left the K-line open to check if the car was awake. By checking, the car sensed something being on and then the car remained on.
It was enough to drain the battery in 5 days.

Can you check if a trunk/tailgate light remains on? Dome lights? At night, peer into the car to see if the instrument lights (like on the radio) are on.
Start pulling fuses to eliminate any draw.

No, wait. Can you reset the message with the 'reset' button on the left stalk?
If not, disconnect the battery. Turn off the ignition and let it sit for 15 minutes, then disconnect the NEGATIVE battery cable. Leave it be for 30 minutes or so. Then turn ignition to position II and then connect the wire again.

I used this Lascar USB Data logger to trace a battery drain on my car: http://amzn.to/1pgumNZ

I set it to check voltage every second for 8 hours overnight and the car dropped almost a full volt overnight. Clearly something wrong there. YOu can use this repeatedly with different fuses pulled to ensure your car doesn't leave a circuit on.

Of course, your battery COULD have a bad cell so the voltage looks good, but a load on it will drain it very quickly. Can you swap batteries with another car? Your car uses a Group 47 or H6 battery if I remember right.

The radio is on but will not play or change channels...it is getting power but wont work. What up!

If you had a recent battery change or your battery ran down and had to be recharged. The see below.

If you have a theft deterrent system, then the radio has a small chip that will shut the radio down if the power to the radio (battery) is interrupted for longer than 30 minutes. The radio has a capacitor that holds the charge on the chip for a timed period and when that charge leaks off, the chip forgets it's instructions on how to operate the radio. This is so that if the radio is stolen, then it will not operate. Usually when you do work on the vehicle that will leave the battery disconnected for more than 30 minutes, you would clip a 9V battery across the leads to maintain the charge on the radio. You are going to have to take the vehicle to a dealer that has the ability to re-program the radio, as they are generally the only people authorized to have the programming equipment. The cost is about 25 bucks

Changed Battery, and Alternator, and radio quit. I cannot tell if its a blow fuse. I do not have a manual so it cannot tell which fues to replace for the radio.

Won't start, radio locked, security light flashing and check engine. Disconnected positive battery and connected started. While driving radio locked up again amp dropped out and air quit stopped shut off...

If your vehicle has the GM Passkey system, it is possible the security lockout has been engaged. The way to reset the Passkey system is as follows.
1.Turn the key to the ignition "on" position (but do not start the engine) and leave it in the on position for 10 minutes. After the ten minutes has passed, turn the key to the off position.
2. repeat the above step 2 more times. This will take about 30 minutes.
3.Do not attempt to start the vehicle or use any accessories while performing this reset procedure.

I hope this helps.
