Question about Ford F-150
If no leaks most likely going into cylinder's , is there any black exhaust ? if so i'd get the cylinder compression.s checked as may have a ring or valve out

If it just started leaking bring it back to the same person that did an oil sevice and complain ever since.
Maybe you have a loose oil filter.
I'm not saying your mechanic is dishonest but alot of shops right now are suffering because of the recession

SOURCE: I have a 2002 Wranglet
oil gets thicker as it gets older,so pressure increases,try puting in sae10/40 simi synthetic with a new filter...the pressure 45-65 is an average pressure lower road speed lower pressure/higher means higher.....
