You can try to fish it out with a mechanics magnet. It has a small magnetized end and telescopes in and out. You ca gat it at the auto parts store. If you can't get it out that way you will have to open up the transfer case. Hope this helps.

Hi,
Likely one of your Speed Sensors (VSS) is bad. Sorry I don't know WHERE these are located, but get on some of the Chevy Truck forums for answers.

How to fix a speedometer cable

Well you know it does not have a speedo cable since you replaced the speed sensor in the transmission.
My guess would be a problem with the speedo or cluster.

I bought a 1998 ford explorer xlt and it has a keyless entry but need to know the code to set my own code.

In the back of your explorer cargo area there is a BCM or Body Control Module. Part of your main wiring harness goes to it. Remove the trim pieces and there should be a code written on it. It should be the code unless the previous owner changed it. good luck.

You need to replace the speedometer gear behind the sensor. And no it is not a magnetic pickup sensor as that on is for the computer. Google myisuzuparts.com and see fig.# 2-25 image 4 a/t thm; 6vd1 Item 1 GEAR; DRIVEN,SPD you may be able to buy one from a honda passport dealer.
