The ring should have come with the new part. If it isn't there, then you got the wrong part. If it was there and was different, you still got the wrong part. send it back and get the right one.

If you call your local Toyota Dealer , they can bring up the picture of the area you are referring to, most of the time you give them the VIN of the vehicle and they can pull up all that information for you.

Good Luck.

Replaciing serpentine belt on 2006 Toyota Corolla

You'll have to remove the engine cover under the bottom so you can position the new belt on the pulleys properly. Get a wrench or tensioner tool and turn the tensioner clockwise to relax the drive belt. Don't apply excessive force.

It's hard to draw a picture with words, but looking at the engine from the passenger side of the car, there are basically two top pulleys, two middle, and two bottom. The drive belt goes around the outside of the two top and two bottom, and on the inside of the two middle.

How do i remove the brake rotor from a 2003 toyota corolla? it seems that there is a special nut holding it on. i have looked for a socket but nothing seem to fit. Please help!!!!!

Have you removed the locking pin around the nut? There should be a metal ring with a dent notched into the nut you need to take out that notch in order to remove the nut.

Headlight bulb is out on...I need to replace it.

Put on your marigold gloves, pull off the 3 terminal plug behind the bulb.
Undo the retaining ring.
Pull out the bulb, memorizing its position, check its the same as your new one, and don´t touch glass on new bulb, as any grease on it will do it no good.
Pop it in and fit the securing ring and refit the plug.
Now test it for dip and main beam.
See it was easy !
Good Luck !
John.
