If the transmission is full and not slipping what you seem to be describing is a plugged catalytic converter. Are you getting good exhaust pressure when you rev the engine. Usually if you put your hand over the exhaust pipe and then rev the engine you will know if the exhaust pressure increases substantially. If not you can check by undoing the manifold bolts enough to cause the exhaust to leak at the manifold and try again. If it runs good then replace the converter.

I would start by checking the oil level. See where it is at. Did you have the oil changed by a reputable oil change place or dealership? Let me know if the oil is at the correct level on the dipstick and we can go from there.
