First thing i would do is check your fuses. There normally is a fuse that is related to the power door locks. If water or moisture got on power door switches it can blow the fuse.

How to fix the back door electric for the Yukon Denali XL loks

Each door has a solenoid to unlock door under power, and this is usually what fails when lock fails to work under power. Link to lock from solenoid is also common problem and come out of plastic holder if door is slammed as plastic gets brittle, another common problem. I assume door locks manually. Rarely is it anything else, other than broken wire or connection to door at hinge boot.

Key will not turn in door locks

Key may need to be replaced of may be bent. Might try having a locksmith make a new one. most times if you take them somewhere like walmart or other places if the key is wore then the replacment is not much better. a locksmith will do a much better job... Hey do you have a spare key...lol.....that might work also. hope this helps and good luck.

2000 Explorer Rear Window Defogger dosn't work.

The fuse box is located on the end of the drivers side dash, visible with the driver's door open.
The power distribution box is in the engine compartment on the driver's side. Lok for any burnt fuses. specially #6.The rear defrost fuse is probably the same as the heater fuse.
