New guides? If the seals are replaced but not guides they will still likely leak ! Check head gasket or head for warpage .

My 95 tahoe seems to be burning oil. #3 cylinder had a fouled plug. i fixed that but it smokes when i accelerate hard & i dont know where the oil keeps going.

Do a cylinder leak down test

It will possibly tell you if the rings are an issue

The other problem would be valve seals

We change the spark plug of my aveo 2004, and we found out that there is a oil leak on the third cylinder, what may cause the problem?

The valve cover has rubber o-ring seals that fit into the valve cover and seal oil out of the spark plug wells. Over time, they get hard and shrink, allowing oil to enter the plug wells from the top of the engine. You need to remove the valve cover and replace the valve cover gasket and o-ring seals. The seals should come with the valve cover gasket set.

Hope this helps,
Dave

Plugs soaked in oil lots of smoke blacking street out oil smells of petrol

I hate to say this but it appears that oil is getting past your car engines piston rings or the valve seals are bad. Either one is a bit costly repair.

I am getting oil in the spark plugs

Oil on the spark plugs is an indication that the rings on your pistons are failing and allowing oil to pass through into the combustion chamber.
Usually this is indicative of a motor with a lot of miles.

The solution is to replace the worn rings, but be prepared for other components which will need to be replaced once you start the process.

My 95 Accord 4 cyl burns a lot of oil. Compression is good. Is the oil more likely coming through rings or valve guide seals?

It means that your piston rings are worn out or the compression chamber or sleeve is worn out..4 stroke engine has compression rings and another rings for oil only..So even though you have compression it does not mean that your oil ring is not worn out..
