My info says below right side headlamp, that should be the passenger side. In that area. I would want to check voltage and ground before suspecting the horn, itself.

After replacing the radiator, the A/C stopped working and the horn sounds really weak.

I find it hard to relate a radiator replacement to an A/C electrical issue. The horn could be another matter. Many vehicles have dual horns and they are located on the left and right side of the radiator area. It is possible one of the connectors for one of the horns may have been knocked loose, resulting in a quieter and off-tone sound.

How do I find the Horn?

The horns are located at front right, behind bumpers under the headlights. There are two of them.

Horn in 2009 focus sound weak

Check that the two wire connectors are firmly pressed into the metal tabs on the horn. If not, your battery could be low (but your engine would barely turn over if your horn is so weak). Most likely, your horn is nearly dead (the permanent magnets in your horn have gone bad from rust - water damage- or too much heat).

HOrn makes a noise but very weak noise. should i replace the horn or horn relay?

Run a thick wire straight from the battery to the positive terminal of the horn. If the horn sounds normal, replace the relay. If the horn is still weak, locate the adjustment screw and play with that to try improve the tone, if that does not work or if there is no screw, replace the horn,

My horn became weak and doesn't work at all now, what causes this?

Locate the horn and check for corrosion where it mounts.
It must have a good clean ground to operate properly.
Sounds like the ground connection was slowly deteriorating to the point the connection is lost

01 grand am. Horn sounds really weak. What could be the cause?

The horn itself occasionally they too go bad and need to be replaced, however on occasions the electrical connectors to the horn assembly may have a bit of corrosion on the positive and ground contacts causing the weak feature you describe.

Weak sounding horn when cold

If you can remove the horn, spray some wd40 or other solvent into it and turn it so that the solvent will run into the center. Usually that will free it up. Or, just get another from a junkyard!
