Where is the flasher unit for 1999 mercury mountaineer?

It's the same flasher unit for both turn signals AND emergency flashers. Even though one side works, the other won't. If you have a good fuse for the turn signals, then replace the flasher unit.

Where is the fuse box located on 1999 mercury mountaineer

Hi, far left side of dash. Must open Driver's door to access the panel which simply pops off.
You can also view the Owner Guide online (which includes the fuse box diagram) at www.motorcraftservice.com

1999 Mercury Mountaineer, heater/AC fan no longer blowing

I would check the fan first disconnect the electrical connectors on it and use a pair of home made jumper cables and run it from the battery. If it works move unto relay if it doesn't you've found the culprit.
Next check relay in the fuse box. Coolant tempertant switch(CTS) aka thermal switch and its circuit. CTS is usually located in the water jacket by the t-stat.

Looking for a printout for a1999 mercury mountaineer fuse box

It will be faster to just pull one fuse at a time and check them out. You might also buy a test light, they are cheap and handy.
