Very Dangerous. Look at accelerator linkage for breaks or something that may be blocking or pushing the linkage improperly. I have even seen carpet Mats that drivers are not aware of that lodge under the pedal. There may also be a defective throttle Position Sensor. Have a COMPETENT Mechanic look at this ASAP.
