Question about 2003 Saturn L-Series L300
Awhile back when I would run the A/C, I would hear a flapping noise. It didn't matter what speed the fan was on. It has since stopped. Not sure if that would have anything to do with it or not.
The vacuum line that controls the flap has a leak or is disconnected. If you can get to the vacuum manifold under the dashboard you can see what lines are connected or not connected. Good luck. It's a tight fit to even get under there without taking the whole dashboard off.
