If your bulb receptor is one of those metal stamped out ones then you have to take the bulb out, pull the center contact up with a needle nose plier and reinsert the bulb. This will tighten the bulb in the socket, for awhile. If your bulb center is worn down you may need a new bulb too even though the bulb still works.

1996 fiesta ghia diesal no glow plug light

No power to the glow plugs means no power to the light also. You have a bad fuse or connection to the glow plug relay. Fix that and your good to go. Has nothing to do with your indicator lights on either side of dash. Glow Plug power indicator is labeled THAT and only that.

Where is the flasher relay on my truck my turn signal on the right is flashing fast?

The flasher relay affects both side equally. Your problem is you have a burnt out bulb on the right side of the truck.
