It should be behind /underneath the glove-box.May have to remove the glovebox or the kick panel underneath.
Once you do, you will see a cyliderical object mounted vertical--about 3" in dia.,that's the motor itself and has mounting screws to the air ducting.Remove those screws and the electical conector to the motor, than the the whole assembly with the impeller and motor will come down.

Usually right next to the blower motor in the housing. It has 4 or 5 wires going in to it and has one or two bolts holing it in.
