Question about Cars & Trucks
To the left of the master cylinder. Some are on the right side. a lot of steel lines going to it. OOPS,wrong answer.
The ABS module is located in the frame rail on the drivers side of your truck about middle way of the driver front door. It has about 5 brake lines going in the front of it and has 2 bolts or so holding it on the frame with a bracket. You can change it yourself but you will need help bleeding your brakes and it can be a PITA to get all the air out of the system.
Don't do it.

When the ABS light is on when driving there is a problem in the anti lock brake system and you will need to have it tested to find out what the problem is. As long as the light is on the ABS has been shut off by the computer until it is repaired. There could be problems with one of the wheel speed sensors, wiring or the ABS pump. On some vehicles the red brake light will come on too.

i had the same problem, and it turned out the coil pack was moulding inside wich stopped the spark all together, i ended up changing my coil pack and putting on new wires because the ends connected to the coil were very corroded and that cures the not running part just fine

Check the fuses.I know that there was a recall for the ABS senser, but not sure what years are covered.Check with the dealer service Dept. The just clean the sensor and there is no charge. Not sure if this could cause your issue.I had this done on a 02 and a 04.They also replaced the tail gate cables for free.
