What makes my 01 cheavy blazer transmission winning noise

Winning? Whining? Whinge-ing?

If you are "short" of transmission oil, then the normal "meshing" of the gears will be much louder, since the there is no oil to lubricate nor to muffle the usual noise.

2004 mercury mountaineer slight winning noise when coming to a stop and oil gauge slightly high ?

Sounds like a bearing starting to go somewhere in the driveline; assuming the differential and transfer case are full. As to the oil pressure; If you have the correct weight of oil in the engine and it has been changed on schedule; the higher the better.

Clunking noises during acceleation, steering wheel went out,and leaking fluid. What could this be?

Some 99+ GM vehicles have problems with the intermediate steering shaft. There is a special grease that goes in the shaft but on some it leaks out and causes a "clunking" or vibration in the steering. If it is leaking power steering fluid then that can be solved by finding the source and replacing the part. The pump could leak, the line from the pump could leak and the steering rack itself could leak. Need to find out which one is the problem first.

A clunk during acceleration is likely in the drive train. Could be a loose universal joint or a lot of play in the differential.

Wheel Bearings. Are your sure coming from rear end and not the front? In either case: wheel bearings.

Engine ****'s during accel. and tranny shutters.

Check the fuel filter. Replace at about 30k. It sounds like low fuel flow. Check air filter as well.
