Go to yourLocal dealer and they can look it up on computer if you don't have owners manual.

Testimonial: "After calling the dealership, they informed me that it's the switch. No separate fuse for the running/parking light circuit."

I have a 2000 Mercury Sable wagon the air conditioner, radio antenna, dash lights and windows do not work. all went out at the same time. what is the problem? could it be a fuse or breaker?

Those are all different circuits, all unrelated, so it definitely is not a circuit breaker which is common to stand-alone circuits, like the power windows which does use a circuit breaker.
I believe it could be a maxi-fuse, one of those large fuses underneath the hood, which act as power distributors going out to many individual circuits. Your ignition switch has one or two of these maxi-fuses that distribute power through the ignition switch. And I believe there may be a maxi-fuse that sends power to the fuse panel.
So check all your fuses under the hood. Pay particular attention to the maxi-fuses. Beyond that, I don't know. A voltmeter or test light would be helpful to check for power at the fuse panel where all the fuses for your inoperable systems are located. With key in the ON position, all the fuses in your fuse panel should have power going to them. The fuse panel is where the fuses for those systems are located, including the circuit breaker for the power windows.

My instrument pannel back light and parking lights have stopped working and can't find any bad fuses. Help!!!

Have you tried checking relays? if you find a relay related to parking lights, try swapping it with a relay of the same number if there is one in the panel. also have you check your DRL (daytime running lights) fuse relay? there are generally multiple locations for fuse/relay panels.

Do you know what fuse controles the radio, doors and dome lights in a 97 mustang?

The fuse you are looking for is located in the passenger compartment fuse panel. It will be in the number 8 position (see layout diagram below). That fuse covers both of the things you were looking for but also in the number 11 position is a separate fuse for just the radio. This should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you don't and would like a copy, you can email me at csautomotivecars@att.net with your make model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. Don't worry, no cost to you. I hope this helps and good luck.

Running trailer lights not working, but brake

Did you check the fuse for the trailer tow adapter paring lamps ? This is a separate fuse powered by a relay, it is not the same circuit as the truck's parking lamps.
This is fuse # F10 & The half size ISO relay, R201 in the fuse panel in the passenger side kick panel.
This is based upon being a new body style 2004, not the 2004 Heritage or Lightning models, those are different fuse & relay locations.

Relay box location. there is a problem with the drivers and pasangers window wont go up or down and the head lights dont work but the side lights will. therefore i think its the hrad lights

Fuse for window regulator (circuit breaker) on 13 position auxiliary relay panel. The wiring connectors are located at the lower left and right side kick panels. The auxiliary relay panel is located above the lower kick panel above the pedals.

Headlight fuse location:
#18 High beam right 10A
#19 High beam left 10A
#20 Low beam right 15A
#21 Low beam left 15A

Daytime running light relay location on upper (auxiliary) relay panel. This are the only ones using relays regarding your question.

From April 1999
Position 7, Relay #173

Through March 1999
Position 8, Relay #173

Fuz box

Your vehicle has 3 fuse panels. Instrument fuse panel is located under the dashboard, left of the steering column. Passenger side fuse panel is located behind passenger side kick panel. Main fuse and relay block is in engine compartment, near battery. There does not appear to be a "reverse light" fuse. Do all you other lights work properly(headlights, brake lights, turn signals, running lights, dashboard lights, etc.)? If so then there is a problem in the reverse light circuit, OR the bulbs are burned out. YES, I have seen both burn out at same time. Hope this helps a little
