Not good!. One of the cause is a warped intake. I'd start off with a cylinder compression test. Your throttle body can also be flooding with fuel. Any or these necessitate extensive testing .

7.8 liter deramax engine with fuel in oil

The usual cause of fuel getting into the engine oil is because of a faulty mechanical fuel pump. The seals/gaskets wear and perish and allow fuel from the pump to find its way into the oil gallery. Overhaul or replace the mechanical pump.

Another cause is over-supply of fuel getting into the cylinder bores and finding its way down the cylinder walls and into the oil pan because of a faulty carb/injectors which 'dribble'. However, if this was the case, you would probably also experience running problems.

Look for where the fuel supply has the opportunity of penetrating a seal or gasket to get into the oil gallery (old style mechanical fuel pumps were notorious for this fault).

Getting fuel in oil no sign of oil in coolant

Could be a leaking fuel injector. This would cause the problem because every time you shut the engine off the residual fuel pressure would cause the injector to leak into its cylinder. This fuel will leak down past the piston rings into the crankcase.

1991 Honda Accord, 213k, changed oily sparkplugs and now engine blows excessive smoke and oil continuously out the exaust from start up to shut down.

Old spark plugs were likely fouled with oil and not burning fuel (and oil) completely so minimal smoke before change out. New plugs are clean and burning everything in cylinders well including oil (therefore more smoke). If smoke from exhaust is blue, then engine oil is getting into cylinders either through worn out piston rings, or a leaking gasket. If black smoke, then this is a sign of too much fuel getting into cylinders and not all the fuel is getting burnt during combustion (a fuel system problem).

I have a 2000 volkswangen jetta vr6 and it has a knocking sound in the top engine need to know if changeing the oil will fix the problem oil look realy thin and smells like gas.

If your oil smells like petrol (gas) this is a big problem. Drain the oil and replace it and the filter. I would take a sample of the oil to a mechanic just to get his opinion. Gas getting into the oil on a modern car (fuel injected) is less common then just burning oil but has been known to happen. Knocking sound is usually crank shaft damage which is not a good prognosis. It is likely if fuel is in there now it will get in there again - Your best chances are to use as heavy weight semi-synthetic oil you can get with the aim that the oil pressure will mean you burn oil in preference to fuel pressure pushing its way into your sump.

Fuels gets in the oil pan an i lose about 70 miles per tank of gas

There is a fuel leak in the fuel line running on top of the engine head. It is somehow getting into the engine oil breather and dripping into the oil sump! This is very dangerous!!! Get it fixed right away...FIRE and EXPLOSION hazard!!!

My 3406b caterpillar engine is having excessively high oil levels

HI,
Time to find out why your oil level is going up.
Either coolant in the oil, or fuel in the oil.
Which ever it is the cat engine is not happy. My suggestion would be to get an oil sample test.
Any major diesel repair place will help. Just a little oil in a sterile jar to be analyzed for contaminants.
Coolant is the worst as it will scour the bearings.
Good thing you are concerned.

Gas is getting in the oil

The only way for raw fuel to get into the oil is a leak in the diaphragm of a mechanical fuel pump. In modern cars with electric fuel pumps, there is no place on the engine where raw fuel can leak into the oil.
