What is the vehicle ? have you checked the fuse box under the hood usually next to battery , list on cover , may be the relay ?

The fuse is the 20 amp WIPER fuse, located in the fusebox under the driver side of the dash, farthest on the left, 2nd one up from the bottom.

SOURCE: Rear Wiper Quit Working
It is the Motor. This is a VERY Common GM Problem that they have not Fixed since 1990. You will need to remove the Rear Door Panel to Access the Motor.

Check the wiper motor connection if its touching anything and loose it will automatically ground out and check at connection make sure you put some gel and then snap it in/ Please rate my response thank you very much

make sure the back window is all the way up then try the wiper, if it still does not work then it is a sensor for the rear window (about $30.00) if you installed it yourself

VERY COMMON FOR WIPER MOTOR TO FAIL DUE TO LACK OF USE... REPLACE THE MOTOR AND I RECCOMMEND USING IT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE... I USE MINE IN EVERY RAIN STORM..
