Question about Cars & Trucks
Driver side rear brake light was not working. Replaced the bulb but now when you apply brakes with headlights off, the dashboard lights and front park lights come on. Also when you foot is on the brake and the ignition is switched off, and you open the driver's door, the "lights still on" door alarm goes off.
WHEN YOU REPLACED THE BULB IT CAUCED A GROUND SHORT. LOOK FOR BAD GROUND WIRE, THAT IS BACKFEEDING THROUGH WIRE HARNESS.

You have a broken wire to the turn/brake light portion of the light as they use the same wire. Or where the plug goes into the light assy could be bad. Torsion mount lights are horrible and you should think about replacing with a universal light that you can wire direct.

well here's a start towards ur problem, due to the auto circuits u have an open return to the negative side of the battery. Have you done anything with the vehicle's systems before this started? the reason fo the strange lighting is that a positive voltage is being applied to what normally would be return side. You will need to get an electrical diagram if possible to pin point area if as previously asked didn't occur.
