SOURCE: Hard Start. It is 32F, Block heater plugged in,

sounds to me like your check valve in fuel line is not working. If you have the original lift pump it located in there.

SOURCE: car start runs rough, after replace crank sensor car run rough, now don't run.

go through wireing near sensor and plug attached to sensor and clean it all first,my mate had same prob cleanded it all and now works,not saying will be solution but it worked for his.

Mitsi pajero 2.8d 2001 turns over for ages before starting and revs for a while and then sometimes cuts out ?


Sounds like fuel pump seals. Remove your fuel filter and have a look see if its black.
I have one so try looking on pocuk. pajero owners club uk great place for advice as we all have these trucks and need help every once in a while.

Hope this helps.
Also I run my truck with 250ml of two stroke oil in £50 worth of diesel helps the injectors to work better ;-)

My pajero 1999 engine crank but wont start. There is only spark on 2 out of the other 4. Replace coil but still no spark.

My Pajero is running rough has white smoke why ???


white smoke usually means you are burning water or antifreeze , BLOWN head gasket will cause this .and real rough running if it runs at all

get the timimg checked as could have thrown a tooth on the timing belt , or maybe needs a mechanic to check through the starting system

Having trouble with engine killing or running rough even after it's warm.


not for sure but it could be your cam sensor. if the check engine light is on then take it to a parts store and they can run a scan and give you more information

Pajero not starting


If it was running fine before you replaced the tensioner and now you are having problems after you replaced the tensioner I would have to say be sure you have the belt routed the proper way double check the belt routing let me know something.

99 grand am when starting i hold accelerator down 1/8 of an inch well start ideal is very ruff


Your PSI is good on fuel. Not a pump problem. You should check vacuum to see if you have any issues there. Could be a number of sensor issues as well.
