Look in the fuse box and there should be a diagram showing which fuse it is. If that doesn't work, take it to a mechanic and they can do it for you.

SOURCE: the air conditioner control lights on dash bord

Try this and see if it works. Let me know.
Start your van. Then slide your temp lever all the way to the left (full cold). Then turn the Mode Control to 'panel' (the one that sends air to your face only). Then turn the 'blower switch' to all the way to full. Now go to the leftmost three buttons. Press the top one (rear wiper on constant) and the bottom one (rear wiper washer fluid). Hold these two for a few seconds. Once the lights come on solid then begin to flash you can let go. The AC will now calibrate. You will feel the air blow out of all the different zones at different intervals and see lights come on and go off. Then after a minute or two the top button you pressed will be slowly flashing. This means it has been completed . Press the last flashing button and you are done.

SOURCE: the dash bord wont light up

If all else is working ok, it may just be the fuse supplying the lights. If you confirm it is getting power, then it is possible there is a faulty chip within the binnacle (gauge unit) These can be repaired by specialists in this repair fairly cheaply.

Car keeps flatening batterry light and indorcators wont work either

battery may be flat. You can check that with a multimeter.

Next check the alternator. Faulty alternator leads to uncharged battery.

I have a 2006 lr3 i just changed the rotors and pads on the fronts and backs but brake pad warning on the dash wont go away

Did you replace the wear sensors. If the sensors were activated(the light went on) before you changed the pads then the sensor must be replaced

I believe the fuse is blown for the radio and GPS... where do I find the correct fuse to replace?

the fuse should be located in the fuse block behind the dash. if you look in your owners manual it will tell you the correct location of the fuse in the fuse block or it may be labeled on the fuse block. if you cant find the location in writing you can pull each fuse one at a time and check them or use a test light to see which one is blown.
