If its the front brakes its th ecalipers may be stuck or the caliper slip pins need some grease

Beautiful car!! Sounds like they crossed some wires.. You may have to look at your car manual and unplug the sensor wire to the parking break..

When I release some fluid from the master cylinder, they work fine until I hit the brakes. Could this be a bad ABS module?

this would be your vacuum brake canister it is faulty need to replace it the vacuum is why you're not shifting correctly

I don't think it is the parking brake because the front brakes won't completely release either.

run the fault codes to check for ABS fault. replace master cylinder as the compensating ports are blocked.

there is a small box called body control module you can cut the wire for the sensor and the noise will stop its not the proper way to fix it but for now will get rid of the pesky noise

2002 audi a4 e-brake won't release

It sounds like your rear brake pads are frozen to the rotor, or a small amount of rust is causing them to stick. Put all the tires back on and try to drive a few feet, that usually pops the pads off the rotors.

you may have a bad cluster unless you mean there lights and then due to your other issue you may have a bad headlight switch

check fuses also check to see if brights work there should be fuses for both headlights
