Question about 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor
The nut and trim cover I would think. Whats on the drivers side? Why are you replacing it?

It will not be the motor, it will be the linkage or the wiper is slipping on the shaft, the lingkage is accsessible under the cowl, Hope this solves your problem and Merry Christmas

SOURCE: windshield wiper arm
I've got the same problem. Some of the auto stores I saw like Autozone only carry driver side. But I did see a passenger side wiper arm at Rockauto.com for $16. They designate it as front right. Needless to say it is out of stock and takes 34 days to deliver.
It does have a different curvature, keep checking the internet.
