Year, make, model? Any way, the plugs are going in to only one spot. They won't plug to another unless you force them or modify them. Question to you. What is a DC14 allfloors?

NEW POWER STEERING PUMP SAME LOW NOISE

I just had one too. I only had noise when the fluid level was low. I had leaking hoses. Once the hoses were replaced, the fluid stayed where it was after filling and the noise stopped. Check the level in the reservoir, there is hot level and a cold level.

Will not start

It seems that something was burned out trying to make the starter turn. The problem could be the starter and/or the solenoid.

Go to youtube and enter, "how to check a starter" you may have to remove it to check it. I could tell you how. But it is better if you see how it's done for yourself. Also check the fuses.

Where do i find the oil pressure switch on the toyota tarago is there one or to I replaced the one on the side of the motor near the starter motor but the red oil light is still coming on

First, do not keep driving if the oil warning light is on or your oil pressure gauge has dropped. Stop the engine, let it sit for a few minutes, then check the oil level.
If the dipstick shows a full oil level, then low oil obviously isn't your problem. The oil pressure may be low because of a worn or broken oil pump, a plugged oil pickup screen in the engine's crankcase, possibly a plugged oil filter or excessive bearing wear. Or, the oil pressure may be fine but the oil pressure sending unit has failed. Further diagnosis will be required to determine what's wrong.
Perform electrical tests on oil pressure switch http://www.clarks-garage.com/shop-manual/elect-19.htm
Replace pressure switch as the cheapest means of repair to see if the lights go out .
The pressure switch will be located on the engine block.

it is a spun rod bearing, you will have to either replace the engine or remove yours and replace the crankshaft and bearings and probably the rods as well.

Noise when turning wheel coming from the pump i think

You may be right, it may be low on power steering fluid check the fluid level first, if its full then make sure the belt is tight, if all is good then you may need to replace the pump to get rid of the noise.

The electic fan is not turning on when it should

Did you run a hot wire direct to the motor itself? Connect it direct from the batteries positive end to the motor. If it does not work replace the motor

I think it is the rear differential fluid that needs to be changed. I had the same problem.

It maybe that the cable that the motor turns could have gotten tangled. In side the door cavity. The motor makes a whirring noise when it turns. If it does not. then it probably is the motor.
