Try Alldatadiy.com. Aftermarket starters make a lot of connections to the original wiring and it is unwise to remove it without knowing which wires in the original harness were affected.

How does it work how do I make different deserts

Throw it away. Buy some Betty Crocker cook books. Now she can cook. Personally I have none. I paid attention to my Grandma and Mom.. A pinch of this and a dash of that.. When I do cook, it is mostly gone or people/kids take it all. Am I a cook? no.. I am a mechanic.

2001 mercury mountaineer wants to start but won't let me give it gas to fully start? Please help! ??Mom of 3??

Not sure what Mom of three has to do with anything, but you need to do basic troubleshooting. Test fuel pressure (test gauge often available from parts store "loan a tool" program. Could also be faulty ignition module (remove from car and parts store will normally test for free). Might also be dirty throttle blade sticking open such that IAC can't work properly, or even sticking EGR valve.

1999 volkswagen new beetle

Can't you access the back of the headlamp by opening the bonnet and finding the back of the headlamp in there?
I used to have an ancient import LHD Beetle back in late 60s and my now late Mom was so impressed she went and bought a brand new RHD Beetle in the early 1970s. The boot was then at the front and the engine at the back, so don't know about new version Beetles from the 1990s?

After driving and hot turn car off try to start and drops offidle and stalls

Have you checked the plugs/points lately? Find when "loading up" or not running correctly, that is the first thought. Maybe it is time to get things cleaned. Another thing could be a sensor. Do you have one of those mini computer scanners to download your make/model to it and attach it to your car, check it out? Wouldn't have a 'fleet" of kids and cars without it. Cheaper than running to the auto shop constantly when you can perform this simple check in your own driveway. My kids were born with their heads under the hood of the car, so mom has to sometimes know more than them.
