Question about Cars & Trucks
The flasher unit blinks rapidly when I try to use my signals to turn, the fuses & globes have all been checked. The manual does not give a location to find the relay switch for a replacement?
IF the flasher works at all, it is not the flasher. They blink faster than normal when there is a wiring short.

SOURCE: no flashers or turn signals
Try the fuse/breaker panel under hood, drivers side.

A Clymer Guide or similar manual will show you the wiring schematic. Should be available online, or in your library.

SOURCE: Flasher Relay location- 1998 Mazda B3000 pickup 4x4
it's basically a stand alone relay... most times... look for a relay by itself and often round. my ford winstars flasher relay was actually located in the fuse box under the drivers side dash. it was blue and larger then the other relays so that may be a clue to you.

SOURCE: I need to locate and replace the multi function switch
My turn signal flasher was located to the right of the ash tray, I looked around the column for HOURS and it wasn't there... I also have an 93 oldsmobile cutlass ciera, it drove me crazy because the manual wasn't correct.

More than likely you have a bad ground. Under the rear of the vehicle, behind the rear bumper there will be a few wires running to a bolt in the frame (left side i think) Check that no wires are loose or boken. Also if you have a trailer wiring harness, check to see if it has not been damaged. Let me know if this helps :)
