Nissan had a problem with the circuit board in the main fuse block getting a crack in it and creating the no start condition. IDPM is the name that Nissan calls the part.

Is there any way to check the ipdm other then replacing it some of the stuff I've seen says replace the ECM relay with one from fog lights

You can try swapping relays, but they are power through the same board.

Fuel system wiring 1995 sunfire

Could be ECM/PCM but you need to go further and diagnose it. trace fuel pump wires and find out if there is a fusible link or break/bad connection. If you have another ECM you can try it. is there power at the relay? at the fuse? Ignition module?

Titans have had an issue with a relay in the IPDM(fuse block), when I was at Nissan we replaced about 3-4 a week for the same problem.

I am not getting a signal to my fuel pump, fuel pump relay nor the 10 amp fuel pump relay fuse. I have checked my wiring from the ECM to the FPR and it is good. Where does the power come from through the...

The fuel pump relay is powered by a fusible link connected to the starter solenoid on the positive battery terminal. That fusible link feeds the 10 amp fuse near the relay. You can test the fusible links with a 12 volt test lamp. If the fusible link test okay check for an open circuit in the wire between the link and the 10 amp fuse. Hope this gets you fixed.

Getting no fuel pressure, jumped relay and pump comes on, also have no spark i replace the crank angle sensor thinking it was that but no luck, do you think the ecm may be the corprate

You can determine if the ECM is the problem by making sure whether or not the Check engine light comes on momentarily as usual when you insert the key and turn it to the 'run' position. If the CEL comes on momentarily as usual, then the ECM is not the problem.
More likely your problem is the fusible link which supplies power to both the fuel pump as well as the ignition module. This fusible link is located in on the fuse panel.

Unplug the ECM connection and see if those lights go off.For some reason the relays are not turning off and are controlled via the ECM.
