There are two spring clams that hold the assembly into the fender, and these are at either side of the assembly, there is usually a screwdriver slot near either side. Gently pry the assembly out, and remove the lens and back, the bulb sits in the twist assembly in the lens. Replace bulb with a clean hand, so that oil and dirt don't get on the bulb surface, pull bulb straight out from socket, and replace by inserting bulb back in socket. Voila. Replaced Turn Signal Fender light.

Rotate the bulb socket counterclockwise and pull the socket out of the assembly. Pull the bulb straight out of the socket and discard it. Install a new bulb into the socket, pushing it in until is seats. Position the socket back into the rear of the light assembly, turn it clockwise to lock it in place, then slide the assembly back into the front of the Jeep.
Install the mounting bolts that secure the turn-signal light assembly, tightening the screws with a Phillips-head screwdriver. Position the side marker-light assembly to the side of the Jeep and install the retaining bolts.

buy the "rear brake hardware kit" for your vehicle; it will have all the parts for 1 wheel, typically both wheels are done at the same time.i recommend buying the haynes manual specific to your type vehicle, it will have easy to follow step by step instructions.otherwise you can remove the drum from the other side of the car and take a picture of the hardware setup to use as a reference
