If the Ford dealer could not diagnose the problem without pulling a DTC, you need to find a Ford dealer experienced enough to fix the problem without a code.

2007 Ford Fusion. ABS Light, Wrench light, and Traction Control light are all stuck on. What does this mean?

It means you have a Anti-lock brake problem an DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes are set in the EBCM - electronic brake control module or could be a Transmission problem or the electronic throttle control problem . Having these code's checked would be a good first step . The dealer or someother qualified repair shop .

2008 ford fusion all of the sudden start idling rough when I start it at the same time it will not shift into overdrive on highway and cruise control stopped working. Also the wrench light came on.

With the wrench light on ,DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes are stored in the module's . This indicates there is a problem with the transmission or the electronic throttle control . Have it checked for DTC'S

Engine idl, at the moment is 1000 revs plus, should be below this. Vehicle is Ford Fusion 1400 and the year is 2008.

Your fusion has electronic throttle control , drive by wire etc. Is the check engine light lit ? Could have a gummed up throttle plate . Videos on youtube on cleaning .

How do i fix... wrench light ford fusion 2006

You never need to top off fluids

If you do- you have a leak to be repaired

Check the vehicles systems for codes,
then google those codes to see the problem

TYPE: OBD & your code

It is going into ETC Failsafe or something

Do not use it at all,you may have converter ruining
cylinder misfires, from bad ignition coils

You add NO WATER to any vehicle

Distilled water & coolant only

I have a 2007 ford fusion and its idle by its self my wrench light came on and then went off. its sound like its missing. i know i need and oil change it acts like it dnt wanna take da gas. my check engine...

Normally when the wrench light comes on it relates to the electronic throttle body. When the computer detects a fault with the throttle body it will go into a fail safe mode and limit throttle inputs.
You should get your oil changes on time but I dont think this is your problem. You really need to get the vehicle codes read by the dealer or some auto parts stores read the computer codes for free.

The wrench light is on on my 2008 ford focus what does this mean?

I assume you have no owners manual or never read it.

The wrench is a MIL Lamp--- a Malfunction Indicator Lamp
It tells you that something like a sensor or other issues,is out of range,as far as the PCM (Computer) sees it. When ever you get a check light, mil light, trac, abs ,etc, you go to a repair shop fairly soon, like a couple of days or so, and have the issues checked out. This will happen a couple times a year ,on most of todays vehicles,so get used to it,and expect to pay a diagnostic fee, plus repair

Throttle does not work-wrench light on

Certain emissions parts are covered 8 yr / 80,000 miles (e.g. PCM, ECU, & TCM). I've also read of bad gas caps leading to problems. Have you changed gas caps or added a locking cap that's not Ford approved for this fuel system?
