Kioti tractor 2007 DK45S - will not start. it has a new shutoff fuel solenoid which is working. I checked the glowplugs and they function. Fuel comes to the injection pump. removed injector pipes

bleed the air out of the injector pipes
loosen the nuts at the injectors and wind the engine over ( as if trying to start ) and when you have full fuel drops tighten each pipe and it will start

Throtle not working on p,reg 1.9 tdi

'Throttle Adaption' not run and completed or throttle pedal potentiometer bad.
Requires scanner to check throttle signal.

Throttle Pedal has two potentiometers, one reads 0% to 100% the other reads 100%to 0%.
Both readings must add up to 100% or throttle will not work and code will set.

Other possibility is a bad injection pump. This also requires scanner to check but unfortunately Injection Pump stores no codes about throttle other than load, temperature start of injection and injection timing.

There is a faint possibility the Brake Switch is bad, reporting the Brake is applied.....usually this throws up a 'Glow Plug' lamp on cluster.

2000 dodge ram diesel 2500 . What is a fuel injection pump mechnical failure? a fuel valve feedback circuit?

This usually happens when the lift pump gets worn and fuel pressure drops below 7lbs and the injection pump has to work harder by pulling in the fuel and will destroy the pump, your is probably a vp44 fuel injection pump it needs replaced and they are expensive 1200.00+ but also change the lift pump or change to a fass fuel system,if the lift pump went out and you replace the injection pump it will ruin it in a short time.
The injection pump is not an easy job to change or for a novice mechanic as it has to be set in time with the engine at top dead center, and then the whole fuel system needs to be bleed of air.

How do i fix a0410 code

The code basically says that the O2 sensors did not see the extra oxygen that the air injection system would normally provide.
Check that the air injection shut-off valves hold vacuum. It's a common failure.
Also, you might want to power up the air injection pump and make sure it is working.

Injection engine is better than the old one (carburator system)?

Injection is efficient, low maintenence, still runs at steep angles. Stock carb is very complicated to work on, if I had a stock carb with issues I would replace it with a weber. Still, I prefer injected
