It is a blend door motor and it is around $40 for the Part and the Labor to remove the dashboard to replace it is very high! Shop around!

It is in the trunk I can remember which side on a 92 but it will be behind the side trim panel almost straight down from the trunk hindge.

Needs a blower motor resistor if the fan only blows on one speed. It is located underneath the firewall on the outside, near where the passenger exhaust system is. You need to take the passenger side cat converter off to get to it.

Replace the temperature sending unit. Don't confuse it with the coolant sensor, it's the sending unit that's bad.
The sending unit usually has a one wire connection, and the sensor has a two wire connection. I don't have my manual at the moment, so I can't tell you exactly where the unit is.

might be a n air lock easily fixed minimal expense
open reservoir cap easiliy and release presurre it will create a burping effect... this is a repeated progress that will get the air and steam out of the lines\
wear gloves for sure and keep face away from the reservoir in case it boil so over ,,,,hade two similar cars used as cabs thats how we fixed it
