The bar it's self won't be bad, rusty maybe

You mean to replace the bushings, unbolt it

Have you even been under the vehicle to look
over the job?

If there is You Tube Video---You go there, not ask us here

This is an at home chat room,we have nothing to
do with you tube

SOURCE: changing fuel filter on 2004 chrysler town and country

  1. Remove or disconnect the following:
    • Negative battery cable
  2. Raise the vehicle and support the fuel tank with a transmission jack.
    • Fuel line from the front of the tank
    • Ground strap
    • Inboard side of the fuel tank straps and front T strap fastener and lower the tank about 6 inches
    • Fuel lines from the fuel pump module
    • Fuel filter
  3. Installation is the reverse of removal. Tighten the fuel filter bolts to 40 inch lbs. (4.5 Nm), the main tank straps to 40 ft. lbs. (54 Nm) and the T strap to 250 inch lbs. (28 Nm).
  4. Start the engine and check for leaks.

best and easiest is to go to the library and look for a chilton or other such repair manual. other then that most automotive box stores sell them.

If you are talking about the cooling fan relay for the radiator there is no low speed and high speed relay. There is only one relay and it is behind the grill revitted to the bumper rail. It is doesnt look like you typical relay.

Does an 02 town and country chrysler have struts or shocks in the front?

not familiar with chrysler bein an aussie an all but i would assume they are struts.to check turn steering to full lock and look behind wheel. a shockie will be bolted at top and bottom with a single bolt for each end. a strut is a complete unit

2001 town and country sways to much

You most likely need new struts and shocks. especially in the rear. It is common. If it feels like this all the time including driving straight, then check that sway bar an ends aren't broken.

2002 chrysler mini van front end noisy .when you hit a bump.what

I had the same problem with my 2002 Town and Country Limited. I took it to the mechanic and had the sway bar links and ball joints replaced and still had the same clunking noise when going over bumps at low speeds. The van sounded great on the highway, but country roads were horrible. I was about to replace the struts and pay another 700 dollars when i read somewhere that the sway bar bushings could wear and cause the noise. I took it to the mechanic and he said absolutely not it would be a waste of money. Being the stubborn guy I am, I went to NAPA and bought the two bushings for 12 dollars and replaced them myself in an hour. I took the van for a test ride and the noise is completely gone. Please ignore your mechanic and replace the bushings ASAP! Pretty cheap try even if it doesn't work.
